But, if you drop the streak for some reason, when you get back up to that level you'll get another for hitting the 28 streak again.
Is it at least special?
I just finished 28 days and got a map indeed, but I thought I'm going to get one for every daily challenge. So the last seven days are not really worth it.
You don't have to keep the streak, but yes, the multiplier will be lost.
On the other hand there are some easy dailies like pet a dog or catch a weight x fish or eat 3x camp stew.
You keep the multiplier as long as you keep the streak. If you miss even one day, you go back to 0.2 gold bars per daily challenge and have to build up your streak again to get back to 0.5 gold bars per challenge (and at 28 days, you'll get a treasure map again). It's Rockstar's way of making you feel like you have to play the game every single day.
I thought the 2,5x-multiplier will stay permanently after unlocking it once. I actually even believed that every daily challenge will give me a treasure map then.
That's Rockstar's way to raise daily player-numbers for the charts and investors.
i literally stopped playing because i got everything i wanted in online lol
I'm on day 53 and I just go on and do 2 - 4 a day. That way I can get one - two gold a day. Easy money
Also we can expect all new online businesses to become grindy and tedious with time as well.
Man, I wished they expanded single-player and allowed me to play real Cowboy or farmer - breeding animals, selling stuff, hiring workes for the farm, watching them do their daily business.
Unfortunately this game is a money-machine for investors who love money much more than games. A bittersweet game: A real masterpiece but it could be so much better.
Yeah, except running from Greifers! Those low-life S.O.B.'s that shoot you in the back.
There is nothing better than revenge. My best was respawning and trampling the guy to death with my horse! LOL.
