Which one is for using chat in game ?! ..i know sound weird but i can't figure out ....

I believe the default on pc is the 'N' key,.

Rockstar hasn't added text chat yet Kassandra. Hopefully they will add it soon. The more of us that request it the sooner they will add it. I will add the link to request for you ok.

lol that is weird i mean the first online game i know that dont have a chat ..is the PS4 same ?

But its a port from consoles and the game does seem to be having a lot of optimization problems right now so maybe they just want to stabilize it on PC before adding chat. You see how the steam forum is full of complaints, the last thing they want is for the people who are having problems to be spamming on chat all of the problems they are having. So hopefully after the game is stabilized more they will add it.
