Are Saddles Interchangeable?
Or do I have to buy the same saddle repeatedly for different horses?

Nope for buying, you can change them.

You can lose your saddle permanently and the weapons on it if you die and your horse die. It is a painful experience. Just be prepared:)

This only applies to single player, btw.

Yes, you can switch saddles.
