Slippery Bastard Ability Card - How to get?
How do you unlock it? I'm already level 50++ and I couldn't find the tarot card. Am I missing something?

You have 3 options there on cards, hard to explain when not in front of the PC... Once you are in the cards section Click E OR Q

It'll be under the Dead Eye section, bare in mind, people with Paint it Black will still be able to hit you with ease. Which also means you wouldn't be able to use Paint it Black if you use Slippery Bastard.

Rockstar actually applied that to PIB too.
