How to open the safes on the train

I tried throwing dynamite but it still would not open.

try without aiming walk to it and press fire, (like how you did for the train at the start of the game) then light it that way.

Stick dynamite to the safe doors

Just make a explosive bullet and shot at it much cheaper too. You only need animal fat.

It took only a dinamite and just go into first person and throw it below the safe from a distance and see it blowing, if not throw another and make sure it lands below the safe. You are welcome.
