Dutch`s lodging,can`t upgrade?

I have the $220.I tried putting it in the camp fund as well. But the $220 is not circled no matter what I do. There is a sentence before it that says "basic old canvas fur for warmth" that is not crossed out. Do I need to do something else to get the option to upgrade it? Do I need to move to the right hand side of the book somehow and then it will be circled? Is it a known bug? Thx

I figured it out. This is another example of how this game does not explain how to do things. I had to push about 20 keys until I went to the other side of the keyboard and hit the right arrow key to flip over to the right hand page {not to turn the page} and THEN the circle around the number appears. I know it`s a console port but really? Maybe say use arrow key to change page .

oh my god, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ arrow keys was the answer! yea... really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ job of explaining the usable keys on the ledge...

@Holographic: I have lost COUNTLESS (167 to be exact) hours either doing in game things or surfing the internet looking for answers to WHY THE HELL I can't upgrade Dutch's tent/provisions even though I have donated 9,852 carcasses. I even loaded a new game and replayed everything up to the camp to see if I missed doing something. After completing the necessary quest, I still did not have Dutch's tent "available" to me. At this point, I was FURIOUS. I nerd rage quit out of the game, and tried ONE more time to see if I could find an answer to my question on the internet. Luckily, I finally came across your post! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

This game is so awesome but this just gave me the biggest WTF moment playing the game so far...

This pretty much recounts my experience with this game, especially the FURIOUS part, though I've only quit in sheer frustration or coz I know I'm gonna be deep in google for the next hour or so just trying to find out how to do simple things.
So, huge thanx to Holographic for the answer and thanx too for posting the question.

To all quotes above... I F...KIN HEAR U. Oh my God, how bout a little more concern for Pc players. But sooo worth it, best game Ive played since Dying Light 1, @ sucks n my opinion.

167 hours is crazy
