How to save outfits to horse?

Recently bought the game and loving it btw, but I have a minor problem.

I've created several outfits for my character at camp, the menu says save to horse? I click yes, go to my horse and there's no outfits saved?? All that's there is weapons and items. Am I missing something??

I've checked out YouTube for tutorials but they're all for PS4 or Xbox not PC.

sometimes saved outfit were missing from the horse.
happens from time to time

you wanna regularly double check it everytime you're in the wardrobe

>tab outfit
>saved outfit
>outfit stored in the horse
stored outfit will have a saddle icon next to it

note you can only have 2 stored outfit in the horse (including the one you currently wear)

Go in your wardrobe, put on the clothes you want on the horse and save them as a custom outfit. Then go to the outfit screen and there is a button to store it on the horse. Spacebar I think.
