Red Dead Online multiple accounts

First just so you know I got this though Epic Games. Is there a way to play online with a different account? For example I have my own character/account, but my kids want to make a character of there own to play online. We tried changing accounts to one of theirs but it tells us that we have to buy it again for their accounts. Is there an easier way to do this? Please and thank you.

Yes, im almost 100% sure you have to buy the game again on another account or launcher for your kids to play. And your online character is tied to your rockstar account. So they have to create their own. Hope that helps.

PS. im also pretty sure that if you buy on epic, the game wont be detected by Rockstar's launcher. I bought on Steam and if i launch their app, it behaves as if i haven't purchased the game. Wich i have. On steam. It's very weird. Don't ask.

Buy it again only one account per game copy

i have the game on a rockstar account and one one steam can i switch between the two without needing to uninstall and reinstall on other account
