Stuck on first mission! Help Please

I am playing first mission, where I have to steal horses and deliver them to the stables I delivered the horse and they gave it to me. Now, I am stuck in the horse equipment. Says no saddles are available and I can't exit this part, so I am literally trapped here.

To fix this glitch, continuously use the arrow key to move down. It once you reach the bottom it will put you back to the start but continue doing this and then you will be able to see the saddle available.

Alt-F4 and restart the game. It should load back into the original stable options and now you will have the option to hit ESC to leave the stable. Do this and you will leave and have a saddle.

I did Alt-F4 out and reloaded the game. Its fine - I will just uninstall the game

I just got the glitch and from the looks of things, Rockstar are completely useless at fixing anything.

After buying horse insurance, I could select saddles, and after buying one I was allowed to leave

So that others dont get stuck here, its actually really simple to fix, just not very obvious. Go to the screen where it says "buy horse insurance" and you'll see the cost is $0.00. You NEED to buy this or it won't let you continue to buy the saddles and from there, leave the stable. So, hover over the "buy horse insurance" and then HOLD the return key down until it buys it. It's not very smart having this and Rockstar have done nothing to help this, but this solves 99.9% of the "stuck in stable" issues.

I have bought the insurance, after the care package but I still cannot even get into the appearance option, the icon for the return key is greyed out, as well as the appearance tab, what can I do to fix this?(wasted $106 on ultimate edition just to get a glitch that keeps me from playing online) can I even reload a previous save, or start over the online stuff?

EDIT: had to have a kid help me, apparently if you are STILL stuck on this issue, try RENAMING the horse! he told me to do that just cuz it was something I didn't do and I was able to then use the saddles!

I tried buying but nothing happens when I choose buy.

Renaming the horse got me unstuck. Very frustrating bug but thanks for the tip man!

Well bought the insurance, renamed the horse... more than once... and ehm.... yup, still stuck in the stable... time passes as both horse and I are no longer able to ever leave this realm apparently. I even shut the game and rebooted it... to get stuck in exactly there where I left it... Yep... being stuck.... Now this will be fun. How do I get out? I am contemplating of shooting the horse.............

I am having this issue. I can back out of the screens except the last one. The hottip on the bottom right shows the Back - Esc as greyed out.
