PC control settings
Hi guys ! I m looking for a good mod to set up my keyboard in a proper way to be able to play this game. Actually keyboard setting offered by the game isn t convenient for me at all. Anyone got an idea where I could pick up one mod ?

Sorry but only way to play this game really is a game pad keyboard n mouse suck

Do not rely on mods to set up personal control settings.

There's always a chance you could get a lot of trouble.

It's known that this game is a bit difficult with keyboard & mouse,

Reason enough to take some time and do this kind of configuration yourself.

Took the words right out of my mouth. It's horrible. I've decided to delete it. I don't own it here, I pre-ordered from Rockstar and the control options are appalling beyond belief. Can't leave some controls blank in options and possibly set them when you plan on using them to make the overall scheme a little better because if you leave blanks it sets EVERY key back to default.

If I don't have a weapon in my hand why can't I use the mouse to fight ?

Basically on mouse and keyboard you need 15 fingers to play it comfortably. If you're left-handed like me, just forget it.

Wasted 65 dollars for the Ultimate Edition during a pre-order sale. Depressing.

auto aim wont work on pc putting pc gamers at a huge disadvantage especially new plasyers one of the worst ports to pc i have ever seen

Set both auto-aim options in the controller settings to "free aim" and you will only get matched into free aim sessions.

And all of a sudden K&M players will dominate again.

Keybinding is just as much of as mess as gtav is. Happens when games are made exactly for controller.

If some useless keys could be left blank in the options it would somewhat solve the problem. But nothing can be left blank. Because if so it reverts all keys back to defaults. Then the long process of rebinding them starts all over again.

Get a USB controller on Amazon, they can be had for < 20 bucks. Auto target aim functions properly on controller. Targetting those birds in flight become easy mode, no need for dead eye. Also if you get the controller with the vibrator it'll go off automatically when you near a collectible.

What are you talking about? I have this running just fine on m&k and I can obviously do a lot more, much quicker than you can with your ♥♥♥♥ controller. Come to a free aim server and duel me any time buddy. I'd destroy you with that controller. lol PiB or not.

Thanks you a lot for your time and help guys. Even if I didn t find what I was looking for.
I found somethings out in the meantime :
First DeadEye on,ly fonction with repeater weapons like carabin or pistols and revolvers. I tried to use it with rifles and arc which was useless... It may have looked obvious for devs, but my experience in other shooters of this kind had let me presume it would work find even with less shots in the meantime.
Well the rest is a matter of accostomization to said settings I suppose..?

@DEESE,

I too am finding different customizations to bring the keyboard more to my liking. At first it was a pain being left-handed. But I've found a middle-ground which is working for me. Enjoying the game now. Glad I decided NOT to delete it because I would have been haunted by doing so.

Glad to hear everything has worked out for you as well.
