How to access Homestead Robbery tips?
So sometimes when you help a prisoner escape, they will give you a Homestead Robbery tip. At that moment you can view it by holding F1.

But how to view all the robbery tips manually later? Holding F1 doesn't work anymore.

Now if we could figure out how to place those tips to the map like the console version did we'd be all set...or was rockstar lazy with that part of the port. Guessing That's the same reason why only half the controller is mapped when i connect it and not even remotely the way it was originally mapped out on console
