I assume, you're past the mission, where you blow up the Bridge in Story Mode, in the final Chapter, where Arthur alrdy is really sickly close to death?
I had that too, however, I assume, since, le'ts be honest, the railway system present in RDR2 is pretty ineffective and unrealistic, having nearly no double rails and such, that since the trains are driving in a circle counterclockwise and have no turning platforms and such, that the destroyed bridge interrupted the railway traffic until repaired.
It’s just rare
I see no train as in the video, but just run a bit in the place where it may be and bug dissapeared.
