can you try this? profiles > other > Controller > Dualshock 4
1) turn controller off
2) make sure if the ps4 support option is unchecked (!) or now uncheck it
3) confirm
4) turn your controller on
5) launch the game
Works for me in every game that has problems with it (RDR or The Witcher 3 for example). The controller and the game must always be switched off when changing this option.

Hi, I'm sorry, in my country we used to call the controller a pad and for some reason that's what I wrote :D I have already corrected my original post, It should be more readable now. And yes, if you do everything in the right order, everything works as it should. I'm using a bluetooth connection.
I hope you didn't make the same mistake as me. I misread the instructions and turned the PS4 support back on after I turned it off. Just turn it off and leave it off.
