Dark Bay Turkoman and Gold Bars

How can we get Dark Bay Turkoman in Story mode? (Maybe Early) Also i got all of the gold treasures do they spawn after a while?

Rockstar seems to have "fixed" the spot where you could get advanced horses early - my guess is that a random horse spawn table originally had all the horses - now it seems to have only the basics. I find it annoying that so many horses are locked up until late game, but you can get the Arabian in Ch 2 - it seems so pointless.

Treasure does not seem to respawn (which I view as a good thing)

There is at least 3 arabians you can get after that hunting mission which unlocks the stables. The white one which everyone now seem to know where is, the red chestnut one which is in the hills west of the lake west of Strawberry, and the brown with white stripes which is located at the backside of a mountain top North of the Indian village.
