I don't support companies that are half owned by a thinly veiled commercial wing of the Communist Chinese government. Half of every cent people spend on Epic is going to a company, Tencent, who facilitates and directly participates in some of the most grievous human rights abuses in the world today. Tencent built the social credit system, they help the Chinese government censor information in and out of China. They directly help China track and oppress an ethnic minority and a group of people who have the audacity to sit and peacefully meditate. These people are rounded up and imprisoned. The lucky ones go to labor and "reeducation" camps. Those not so fortunate are murdered and harvested for their organs. While these people are imprisoned they face daily torture and some of the most sickening acts of depravity are perpetrated on the female prisoners.

All that is just the quick rundown of SOME of the reasons why Tencent should not be allowed to operate commercially outside of China. They are a modern equivalent of the nazi gestapo. I haven't even got to the corporate espionage, technology stealing, public surveillance, economic oppression, large scale cyber attacks and the multitude of lawsuits filed against them from all over the world.
