Question about Marko Dragic (potential spoilers)

So I beat the game and now I’m in the Epilogue as John. The last mission I did for Marko Dragic was setting the rods during the lightning storm so he could get his robot to work.

I never saw his icon pop up again while finishing the main game after that, all the while doing tons of other stranger missions. I did everything that appeared.

Can I get the discover the fate of Marko Dragic achievement as John in the epilogue?

no icon there, just check his house. i did it while playing as Arthur in chapter 6, so no idea if it can be done as John too.

Yes I was able to go back as John and finish it.

When you find him, you pick up his gadget, but i can't equip it, when does that happen?
