Legendary Buck trinket?

Does it do anything? I skinned a 1 star and still got poor, skinned 2 star and still got good. Does it just spawn more 3 star animals that are too small and too flighty to effectively shoot with arthur's noodle arms?

Well, it doesnt make crappy animals better if thats what you mean. It just gives you a better chance at getting a perfect pelt when you shoot a 3 star animal.

In my experience, the legendary buck trinket only enhances the quality of smaller animals that can be killed by the varmit rifle or small game arrows
