Content: SNES
Translation: GBA Port (mostly)
Graphics: Largely it's own thing. The feel is SNES with some of the old 90s censorship removed and some new edits here and there.
Not Included: PS Cinematics or any extra gameplay content not in the SNES copy (like bonus dungeons)
Pixel Remaster might be worth it for the soundtrack alone in my opinion, but unless you're in love with the game and want to experience multiple versions, the Playstation copy you have is sufficient.
Think there's even some mods to fix some issues like the overworld being the gba palete if that bothers you.
They recorded it with a live orchestra it seems. I love the electric guitar in the boss battles track.

Pixel Remaster is the worst way to go. It has many game breaking bugs that haven't been fixed. If you choose to go that route:
1. avoid Gau's "Destroyer" rage (the re-raise soft-locks the game)
2. Avoid using the jump command relics... Period. There are too many instances where the game soft-locks.
And PR is almost the "full" experience, there is some content from the GBA version that was actually pretty good (most was sub-par) that isn't over here. But that is all optional endgame sidequests anyway, so you get the full original version of the game here on PR just fine.
The music is lovely on PR, though some of the remasters are offputting being so used to the originals. But you can always listen to those online anyway, none of the music in this version is bad. The Magitek Factory music is...weird, and makes me deeply uncomfortable, so it does its job given what the section of the game is, but a lot of people really dislike it. Other than that, PR is the way to go.
Unless you want to play terribly-balanced mods, then the SNES emulated version has T-Edition and Brave New World. Both super cool idea, poorly executed.
The PS1 version sucks because of the load times.
