Literally cannon play the game anymore

Before around the beginning of December I could play the game fine it was smooth and worked well. Then all of the sudden after an update I play it again and every single match I play I get non-stop lag throughout the entire game. My ping bounces like a ball it will go from like 15 to about 75 in 2 second and then right back down and back up again. It happens in-game as well as in the pond. I do not know what on earth to do, I am on the right server, connected to ethernet, and have tried everything I can that I have read through yet nothing.

This has been not stop issue for me and some friends. NA East.

Hey, from your last matches I can see your ping fluctuates a lot more than it should. If you're on WiFi, is it possible to connect using ethernet (cable)? It helps a lot to stabilise latency. If you're already connected using ethernet, would you mind letting me know which state you're connecting from so I can check if there's any known issues along that route? Thank you

I play NA East as well and am also connected to internet. It stops lagging the entire game but instead now it just lags horribly when I am close to or controlling the puck. I'm playing from KY if that helps. I am not sure where the other guy is playing from.
