Game keeps crashing
Usually get 2-4 mins into a game and then it just shuts down with no errors. Worked earlier today but then its started to happen in the last 5 games I've played.

Hey, can you check if you're running out of RAM when you crash?
Hi! I am also having the same issue. It started happening today, and hasn't crashed before today. The device I am playing this on has 32 GB of RAM if you're curious from one of the responses. Do you have any logs within the files that I can look at or send to you to help troubleshoot this?

Looks like one of your DLLs (anzu.dll) is causing the issue.
Possible solution if you guys want to try it: I overrode my device's DNS settings to route to Google's DNS IPs (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) and I was able to play a complete game before it crashed. My guess is, since I use a different DNS service that helps with privacy and preventing malware, they might be blocking some of the ads that show up around the arena. I only seem to notice it crashing when I am in the arena playing (either in practice or actual play). Changing the DNS to something like Google's IPs above or something that doesn't block ads and such seems to help, but that's just from my perspective.

Devs: If you wish to DM me about this, I can provide further details if needed.
Having the same issue, also have DNS-based ad blocker (Pihole) same exact windows error as stated above.

Yep, Pi-Hole user here, getting crashes like everyone else is describing, and with the same anzu.dll error in Event Viewer.

Wow thank you so much! I've been trying to track down this issue with them for so long, tearing all my hair out in the process. I've given you the $50 package of in-game currency as a thank you. I've also sent you a friend request - if you choose to accept I'll send you a Steam key for premium as well :-)

I'll work with Anzu to get this fixed ASAP.

simple fix that seems to work for me was to just remove "anzu.dll" it didn't seem to affect gameplay. though I didn't try online play, but just skating around the arena in practice mode had no issues.
