also can you make so the HUD stops disappearing? I didn't see any gameplay video like that so I guess there is no option for that?

UI Settings. Change it to the one that has it on but is not named [Automatic] and it should stay on.

The previous UI was much better indeed. That was the first thing I noticed once reviews dropped.

Yeah, that's quite shocking difference, saw the earlier demos, and while UI looks better, the gameplay itself and combat feels more tight.

It baffles me also that the finishing blow mechanics are not in the final game, it was a nice touch and definitely added more to the combat in general.
