This game is cancelled.

There will be no expansions or patches expected for the future of this game.
There are already ideas, plans and assets for a new "Yandere" related game, but built from scratch, with significantly optimized code, better fitting textures, graphical elements and built in a high quality 3D-engine.

The end credits have been optimized.

This is the update you've probably all been waiting for!

Version v.1.1.0 should now be able to choose your best hardware on your computer completely automatically and thus offer you the best possible gaming experience in Yandere Escape.
The problem with: Dialogs that are much too slow, the running speed that is too slow, the strange looking texture animations and the far too low Framerate. Should now be yesterday's snow!

My request to you:
I would be very happy if you could give Yandere Escape a second chance and maybe after a test of this new version you could rethink about your review...

I have put a few new info notes right at the beginning in the main menu that address the topic "Performance problems with Yandere Escape" and where you can find a solution, and so that you do not have to start the game for this now, I link you here the guide additionally:

However, this guide should only be used if you really have performance troubles, such as Waiting way too long during the conversations at the beginning of the game or strange animation of the player!
I would also like to note that there is a Safty mode in Yandere Escape that can be used with a single press (only in the mainmenu!) with the key: "F9"

I would now like to inform you that: "Yandere Escape" is finally fully compatible with Steam.
It is now possible to pause or resume the game by opening and closing the steamoverlay with: "Shift + Tab".
And in addition, the Steam achievements are now available for everyone and can now be obtained.
