I myself could not find any stats. I was looking for same info. It these things would have a small pay to win element = always available to you really easily to recover from worm eating you etc, these packages would be more interesting for me.
It's something like a skin you apply to an armor.
If the sandworm gulps you you will lose everything you are wearing included the armor.
All you need to do is craft another one and apply the skin again.
What has happened with the Epic Aesir Chieftain Spear when it came out? Correct, it had 93 damage, 22 more than the best legendary!

Pay2Win.
What about the pyramid doors from the pyramid building set from the bazaar? Twice the HP as vanilla T3 doors.
Pay2Win.
What about the Silk walls and ceilings from the Turan building set from the bazaar that require less materials to build than standard T3?
Pay2Win.
What about the Nemedian Gate frames from the Nemedian DLC that have a bigger collision box than vanilla T3 gate frames? You can block off entrances to the top with nemedian gate frames only.
Pay2Win
I could go on...
I don't think it will make your stats in any way better, but, you know, as in other games with player skins and color palettes, there will be some which will make up for better camouflage in certain types of terrain. But I wouldn't really worry much about it. In beta already I saw a good color palette and decent armor skin unlockable for the light armor in a base beta game. Sand Trout suit, or something, I believe.
I would assume that combat armour will get the Sardaukar variant override, while the stillsuits will get the Movie stillsuit override. With that system, I don't see stats coming into play for such things.
This is an assumption though, since I am not entirely sure.
Well, you could get cosmetic armor skin in beta by doing missions in first trade post, so its pretty solid assumption there, based on beta experience.
