Deep Desert and crashing ships. Those are the PVP instances.
If you build something out of those areas (not sure actually you can build upon a just crashed ship anyway), not in open sand and you provide them with active shields, no one who doesn't have your permission can enter, raid, damage your base/s.
If you don't pay the needed amount of taxes (once prompted) I guess you could be attacked by Sardaukar NPCs forces though lol.
You can build bases in Deep desert PVP instance of course. Those can be attacked and eventually raided, as far as I got it. Be aware that those bases will be anyway destroyed weekly by the superduper Corioli Storm clearing and totally changing the Deep Desert instance each week.
And no... you can not build near wrecks. crashing ships are something else.
anyone can get in. you MIGHT find stuff in these basses but noone is going to keep rare and hard to get stuff in these pop up usless bases
You went into the deep desert in beta?
No random strangers cannot take your bike. When I first joined the beta, I saw bikes I could not access and found they were players bikes.
Maybe in the Deep Desert. I think you can set permissions for your bike, so your guild or friends can use them, etc.
