Clock down your cpu for the first start, it says out of video memory but is infact a cpu stability issue.

I wanna play a Game and not clocking down CPUs or something like that... They have to fix this, not we...

Out of VRAM error is one of the first signs of a failing 13/14th gen Intel CPU

ssd 2tb

Make sure you have downloaded the latest BIOS for your motherboard.
Applying the BIOS should also set all settings to recommended for the CPU. So after the BIOS update try run the game.

Thats where to start at.

try updating your motherboard BIOS but if you already started having problems it might not help.
If you don't know how just google your motherboard you should be able to find a guide showing you how to do it.

But Intel are offering RMA for anyone with an effected CPU's so you should be able to get it replaced but you will still need to update your BIOS as well or it might happen again.

Not at all, that issue has been around since release in combination with unreal engine.
Its not a sign of a failing cpu whatsoever, thats just false information.

I had that issue with my 14900k when I first got it. With ue5 games. What completely solved it for me was simply raising my system agent voltage. Voila. Then the new bios came out fixing the issues so make sure you’re up to date.

My ram is at 7200mhz though so I’m not sure that will matter for you.

I suggest you update your bios then.

The problem is your CPU becoming unstable. This is a hardware issue on the user end. I would recommend updating the bios and microcode from intel.

I have a nearly identical set up and it works fine for me this has nothing to do with the game or devs and all to do with your set up

Mine ran great, 100's in all three categories.

AMD Ryzen 5 2600
AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT
32G RAM
500G SSD
