it never had been stated in the books that all middle eastern folk went to arrakis, it is more than likely that there are houses of arab origin or planets colonized by middle eastern settlers
in the book, fremen were the zensunni, and the zensunni came from egypt.
im sure you can manage the editor to appear arablooking, as you can appear as looking as every race we have on planet earth :P
fremens religion is litteraly a branch of islam
and the war lauched by paul is called Muad'Dib's Jihad
Read the books maybe :D

The other thing is also, that people lived on Arakis may have evolved to look llike Arabs, since well, Arabs evolved to live in such environment on Earth.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melange_(Dune)
In Dune, there is only one source of melange: the sands of the planet Arrakis, colloquially known as Dune,[3][13] and millennia later called simply "Rakis".[11]
in thousand of years it is quite possibly people evolved to look like Arabs, regardless of initial look and origin.
So yeah, I personally would appreciate to see Arabic people in the game.
the new movies about that topic suck hard, yes .. i am absolutely disgusted ..

It's a book, a fiction, it doesn't need to explain how it connects to the real world. It can just plant any race anywhere it wants.
