Well, if you got access to chests, you can steal. Even killing guild members in a pvp zone is possible. Good question if you are able to remove house parts of guild houses. No idea about access right options for houses and chests. Maybe you can set different rights for different chest. so that you can give low level access, for ppl you dont know/trust.
