PVP to PVE Zone - Jump out, Are You SAFE ?

When quitting PVP Zone, I assume the player is safe, THE END, no chasing, no finishing, no loot !

I have some questions :

1- is there a timer after quitting the pvp zone ?
2- is there a mechanic like "Duel" allowing players to consent to a pvp fight to happen anywhere in the desert ?

what do you think ?
