I didn't get any email either. Just pre-ordered it and played a few hours of the beta and it's boring. Definitely gonna refund and get out while the getting is good. Believe me, you aren't missing out on much.

It's not worth it. The game has a really boring gameplay loop, combat is unsatisfying, no build variety, and lots of material grinding.

Don't listen to what these guys are saying although their opinions are valid for their taste in games. Reserve judgment for when you get to try it. I got invited about an hour ago so there may still be hope for you. The game is actually pretty good. Needs a little more polish, but I liked what I played.

I've made this comment in a few other posts so I'll make this post my last about the topic, but my disappointment is bleeding through so I can't help myself.

There will be no private servers. If you want to play you will have to play on official servers with the good, the bad and the ugly. No thank you! I've played too many games on "official" servers and it quite frankly sucks! Even Conan Exile official servers blow. Cheating is rampant, someone always finds a way to exploit something and servers get wiped to fix the issue, but for me its mainly having to look at all the stupid little bases people make. Its game litter and 9 times out of 10 the person who made it no longer plays.

Anyway hope you get an invite.

Actually FC has already stated they will offer private servers - but not privately hosted like Conan could be. You'll be able to, for a fee Im sure, have a private Hagga Basin server - for only you and your friends. Other places, like the major cities and the Deep Desert will be shared with other private server 'owners' - because FC wants to maintain the larger scale those places support.
