Beta ends tomorrow night at midnight. Plenty of time to play if you're not using AOL 56k.

Great move of them to read the feedback and open up for the pre order people. As mentioned still enough time to get so impressione. Dunno why you people are so negative about it; just your personal few.

Seriously. I was invited at same time of you. Downloaded the game and had plenty of time to evaluate the game interest for me.
And sadly, I say sadly intentionally because I am a huge Dune fan, the game lacks an combat system interesting.
What I saw is an outdated combat system without any interest. And when I say without any interest, I mean really none.

You do realize that tomorrow is monday, right?

I agree withg him... took 10 minutes to download. You don’t need 6 hours to forge a judgment on the game.

And? Even if you work 10h tomorrow you still have more than enough time (totday included) to check the game out if you gonna buy it or not. Only whiny people nowadays...

Oh.... so everyone have the same download speed than you? play on the same timezone than you? Play at the same speed than you? Are we all a copy and clone of you? or maybe, just maybe, there is people out there with different internet speed, timezone and different expectation (and thus playtime) for the game?

A beta isn't for you an your two friends to play 24/7 until the games finally releases. It's mainly to get some bugs reported and hopefully fixed and to hype people. Your expectations are wrong, not the timeframe of the beta.

Exactly, that's why releasing "some" keys a sunday afternoon for an open public beta is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

It's not about to play for X amount of hours, it's about to at least, have the opportunity to play it correctly, and not between 2 crowded session of work and sleep.

There is a reason why you do those open beta during the weekend.

With that mindset you are not working tomorrow anyways, so what's your point? :D

I agree with you Nebiru. But a lot of guys think that a beta is a way to play a game. It is a way to test if the game is for you. Especially a beta like this one.

But main purpose of a beta is to identify all bugs. But clearly this beta is not here for that but to attract new players.
i registered for a key in mid may, no response to date. after 2700 hours in conan i was looking forward to it.
but i am more than disappointed!
so I deleted the “demo” and removed dune from my wish list.
there are other games.

yo uget a free key just by preordering the game, you can just refund after if you want, so i dunno why people keep complaing about not getting keys

Your first problem is the lie you've told in saying this was an "open public beta". It isn't. Honestly, I'm just glad you DO HAVE some people in your life that are willing to put up with such a whiner.
