I supported you by purchasing the Dune: Awakening Ultimate Edition — the highest-tier version — and in return, I expected at least basic respect: early access to the beta. Instead, you delayed the game and excluded your most loyal supporters from the testing phase.

This isn’t just disappointing — it’s short-sighted. Many of us who backed you are also content creators with real influence. Ignoring your core community, especially those who invested the most, is not just a bad look — it’s a strategic mistake.

Your handling of this situation sends a clear message: our support means nothing. If this is how you continue to treat your most dedicated fans, don't be surprised when that support turns into public criticism. One more careless move, and I will walk away from this game — and I won’t be alone.
