I read the FAQ and it says you can play on your own.
Is it single player and offline available like Exiles?
If the answer is no I will pass.

It feels like you are not being honest as developers when you put it like 'you can play it on your own' knowing full well what people mean...

You can play on your own but online.

There is playing solo (not one in your tribe) and there is single player, which is not on a server. This is an online game, so no single player. They say it is online, so that should tell you what you need to know.
