you need a 64-bit system and a DX12 GPU ..
if you still use Windows 7 or Windows 8.x , both had NOT supported DirectX 12 in general ..

GTX770 is really not a DX12 graphics card.

Yes, this issue is not coming from the 6650M, it has full support for DX 12_2.
Since this is most likely in a laptop, I bet the issue is integrated graphics of the CPU getting in the way.

Having the same problem here. Am not to competent with computers but when i run the dxdiag in my windows search bar it shows that I meet everything including the DirectX 12. The only thing I can think of is my graphics card not being strong enough (GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER).

Copy and paste here the following info:

In Windows > Start Menu > Settings > System > About > Windows specifications

Hit "Copy", and paste it here as well:

but is experiencing issues. needs to check windows updates win10/11 (windows 7 no good) and graphics driver update from either AMD/Nvidia depending on what card you have.

Once up to date try again to test, then post back in this thread if problem is solved for you, if problem still occurs list your pc spec in the new post include at least minimum cpu, gpu, ram. OS version and graphics driver version.

otherwise without this no one can really help you much with troubleshooting the problem and similar messages just end up repeated/missed, good luck.

GTX 1660 is enough for the game, minimum Nvidia GPU is GTX 1060 6GB.

How fresh are your Nvidia drivers?
