No One Really Knows Until Its Officially Released ... but ...
Anarchy Online, one of Funcom's old MMOs does run on Steam Deck with some fiddling with it, so you probably will be able to with the new game as well.
You just have to figure out how to get your controller going and setup some sort of voice communications since typing would be a pain on a tablet for me at least.
Nothing is impossible until you try...

It is after all just Linux running Proton on a SteamDeck, which runs just about anything Windows Natively.
I don't actually own a SteamDeck, so I am just speculating, but I do know something about computers ....
So Ya, Probably to Very Likely, since its a new game and many new games support existing hardware like SteamDeck or do so soon after released for the major platforms and if not officially, there is always usually an alternative if your persistive enough ....
There is no way to know for sure, but seeing as how Funcom seems very interested in crafting online-only, PvP, massively multiplayer experiences these days, it doesn't seem like a game well-suited to a Deck anyways, and not likely it will receive support.
