I wish I could add you to a ban list. Not every mmo is going to cater too your ever whim and needs;. You should to get along with those that are fans or enjoy the rich history of Dune. I'm tired of all the whining about pvp is going to destroy the game.
But, It's Failcom so you can expect bare-minimum cash grab that'll be 50% off in months since broken, buggy unfinished launch will not sell as much as they hope, then they'll double down on the cash shop before even trying to fix the game let alone FINISH it.
I hope to god I'm wrong this time but, look at track record. Keep expectations low and you'll never be disappointed.
We have the major/minor houses which sets the stage for competition and PvP, then we have spice for everyone to fight over, as well as a host of other craft-able stuff to compete over.
I haven't been this stoked about a new MMO in a long time.
But it seems there will be PvP mainly, you know,
for "those" people
There are other games to play, they can't all be how we want them. I can think of a few single player games that I feel should have co-op/PvP but the game devs decided single player was enough.
However nobody can deny the Dune universe is perfect for MP faction warfare. It's literally right there in the canon.
