Looking at your other comments which are "poop game to much hackers", "bad game to much hacker" or your other classic "removeing commen not good game" and now your addition of venting in all caps, I came to the conclusion that you're probably a 10-year old that got their PC a little too early.
The report function - while external from the game - works perfectly fine and just because you're incapable of recording the "hackers" you shouldn't write 4 separate comments, crying about the game.

Grow up, get a grip and learn how to record a game, then report it to Rare on their website.
Make sure they're actually cheating though, not just better than you (which is probably the case here), otherwise nothing will happen, obviously.

Seems exciting but requires too many hours :(

How is there still no slider-based character customization system in a game where the only progress are cosmetics? Pay-to-grind passes in a free-to-play product desperately trying to pass itself off a big-budget retail product? Yikes. Rareware truly is gone. :lunar2019deadpanpig:

There are none of what you are insinuating. You are a young kiddo who needs to relax a bit. I could probably watch a stream of you and explain every mistake you make and also point out what is happening and why. Think a little. This game isn't that hard to grasp and comprehension comes in time, quicker for some and slower for others.
