Kicked for anticheat violation. WHAT???

I was just kicked from the session for anticheat violation. WHY??? HOW??? I never used a cheat in any MMO game in my life! I am no programmer, nor i desire any forbidden advantage in online games! This is not fair! How this anticheat system even target me? What for??? Should i expect this often, even during tell tale, when it's absolutely crucial to stay in till the end?

To assume someone is a cheater just because they got 'kicked,' when they explicitly said they would never even use cheats, is just ignorant, Txmvs. People getting kicked or banned when they haven't even done anything wrong is a real thing in games, but especially in this one. If you'd paid attention to the multiple other posts that stacks of other people have posted, all saying they're experiencing the same problem, it wouldn't be hard to put two-and two together, and realise something is very wrong with the anti-cheat system.

Usualy cheaters trying to use such excuse. Why am i never get banned by the accident?

Should also point out that Yellowbeard isnt just cheating its any violation of the TOS

Now this could also happen because you cursed on mic and another player reported you.

Now according to their TOS, using cheats of any kind is a Perma ban, so a yellowbeard error is not what your going to get, even a false positive would get you a Redbeard error.

it wasn't a ban, it was the anti cheat blocked something running in the background because it was sus.
this is always happening and when the anti cheat send report to the developers they check what is it? if it was something from normal app like lighting apps then they click ignore and will never happen to you again.

most likely you have a program that eac misidentifyed as a cheat, you should look into the matter

man change both your name and proff pic because you dishonor the character. The amount of false bans in games using EAC is extreme due to the app treating anything that interacts with the game as a cheat. From glow apps(changing colors depending on what is on the screen for the ambient) to optimization apps(fps boosters which adapt your ram usage to the needs and manage other similar stuff). EAC has a lot of issues and its the worst cheating solution because it has a negative impact not only on the false positives but also impacts how the game runs. I play many games where EAC was constantly under fire for the false positives. Most of them removed it for this exact reason. Meaning that Rare instaled anything they could just to get people who complain about cheaters to quiet down.

never seen this myself in SOT. but there is a lot of things that can trigger EAC once i had CCleaner run in the background and it triggered a false positive in a different game .....I got it sorted but still it happens
