Lost connection with host

I have been trying to cross plateform with a friend who's on ps5 and i on PC. We added each other in the friend list, used the same mode for saves, check in settings that the multiplayer and cross platform is allowed and after trying to join the each others game we have a failed connection. He on ps5 the screen just loads forever and same on my side but it stops and message informs that i lost connection to the host
i have been looking on internet everywhere and havent find a start of a solution. please help
