It is all just cosmetics, except the Deluxe one comes with 10,000 gold as well as cosmetics. The Premium one is one cosmetics. And considering you can get 25,000 gold from finding a key in the tutorial, that part of the Deluxe one isn't all that great.

I wouldn't recommend you buy those editions, they comes with stuff you can get for free by playing the game, so there is no difference between fancy editions and regular one.
Actually if you do some research you can get this game for free with xbox pass, at least for free for a month, that should be enough time to taste all aspects of the game, I bet you won't stay longer anyway due to lake of content, rare customer service, lags, bugs, cheaters, etc
