Safer Seas questions

Hello everybody!
I have a couple of questions about safe seas.:
1. If I have Athena open and I am a Legendary Pirate, can I take Athena's orders?
2. Are world events available? (Fort of the Damned, Fiery Skeleton, Fort of Fortune)

Every world event is avaible except for those with burning clouds.

Skeleton Fleet, Ghost Fleet, Skeleton Fort, Ashen Winds (Fire Tornado) are there, all are except the Burning Blade, Fort of Fortune and the ability to start a Fort of the Damned. Reapers Hideout is not available, the Servant of the Flame will not talk with you, nor can you do anything Emissary related nor do Athena's Fortune voyages, even if you unlocked them. You CAN however go to the Legend Hideout (if you're a Pirate Legend), but you can only buy certain things from the vendors there.

Company levels are capped at 25, gold and reputation are 100% and so is Renown for Seasonal progress at 100%. You can do tall tales, sunken kingdom, all the voyages of the main companies you have unlocked (Merchants, Gold Hoarders, Order of Souls) so far except Flameheart's Ghost Fleet raid voyages.

You cannot earn PvP commendations or commendations that need OTHER players. The Hourglass of Fate is disabled also. Also, Tomes in ashen chests are not in Safer Seas, nor are the Ritual Skulls, the voyage to get a Skull of Legend (the one that can light up and be used like a Ritual Skull) is not in Safer Seas as it's an Athena's Fortune voyage.
