Remove Controller Icons On Steam Deck?

Just wondering if there's a way to remove the in-game controller icons while using a mouse and keyboard. I just recently switched and I notice SoT seems to be the only game I've encountered that doesn't switch in game icons automatically. I just want to see the keyboard keys instead of A B X Y etc

YES! I recently got 2 copies so me and the kid can play, shes on the steamdeck using M+K but still getting xbox button prompts.

It's easy enough to work around because we are sitting beside each other lol, but an option in settings to force xbox/PS/M+K tooltips would surely be a relatively simple fix and improve accessibility.
