Cant download game

Game stuck in 0% when im trying to download. Clear steam cache, or restart steam or pc, is not helping, what i can do more?

there is a steam common redistribution downloading pending under download, download that first and then it should help

happens to me aswell, make sure you download only the game you desire because sometimes it downloads the "demo" or the "test" version of the game and it pauses the main game you trying to download, and if it still the same even tho its on 0% its still downloading the main game, steam recently got bugs. (from my experience I just waited and the game downloaded even tho it was on 0%)

I also cannot download. Mine crashed while updating and while it says Disk Write Error, I have tried practically every potential fix I can find on the internet yet it still keeps happening. At this point I'm just trying to reinstall but I still get the same disk write error. This has been over the course of several days and still no fix that works. Every other game on steam can update or be installed, this is only a problem with Sea of Thieves. If I find a solution I will come back and share.
