why did it just give me 77,777 coins and not the ancient coins that i redeemed??? i already had 250K so no need for the extra coins

77777 were one of the community rewards for completing things during the community weekend, it's unrelated your redeeming ancient coins

ah, thought it was an error/compensation thing

however my card isnt working or giving me anything

it could take up to 24 hours for the coins to hit your actual account. my ancient coins i bought took like a day to actually show up

Where did you redeem the code? If you redeemed it on the Xbox app then it may not show up if you play SoT on Steam. You might need to sign in on the Gamepass or MS store version of the game.

What Gynosaur said is correct. As you said that you redeemed a MS Rewards item, that will pertain to the Xbox/MS store copy of the game. The coins in question will not show up until you log in from a copy of one of those.
