Mysterious Errors When Launching

So I just bought the game here on Steam since it was on a big sale, but every time I try to launch it I get an error. Usually it's lavenderbeard, but I've also gotten cyanbeard and ashbeard. I played the game on Game Pass previously using the same network and had no such problems. I've tried every fix I've found online and had no success with any of them. I put in a support ticket and tried everything they told me to do still with no success. The support staff told me they couldn't help me and that they would submit a bug report. Is anyone else having this problem? Is my only option really to just wait and hope the devs see my bug report and find a way to fix this?

Same here, also tried various "fixes" and none of them actually fixed it. Just cant play the game.

I know you said you've tried "every fix online" but I've heard that before and people didn't try anything so Imma ask an obvious question here...
You have tried logging out and back in from the main menu, right?

Yeah I've tried that

I have a problem after the release of the new season.
The game crashed with an error and now it loads endlessly.

Yes. Nothing works. Im not going to buy it on Xbox app, so I guess Ill try every "fix" one more time and if it doesnt work Ill just return it.. Sucks

Same thing to me. but i played it more than 2 hours while trying to fix it. I dont think they will give my refund.

yo tenía un problema, al igual que tú compré el juego por descuento... al intentar darle a jugar me pedía iniciar sesión con Xbox live. y la ventana solo se quedaba así, no avanzaba ni cargaba nada. todo se debe a un error de dimensión de esa ventana. para solucionarlo,
1.-dale click izquierdo a ''inicia sesion en xbox'' luego pulsa TAB / luego pulsa ENTER (no debes pulsarlos al mismo tiempo)
2.- se abrirá la ventana de iniciar sesión. llena tus datos / tu correo y contraseña
3.- al finalizar pulsa ENTER y automaticamente iniciará sesión y cargará el juego.

eso me funcionó a mi. espero que a ti te ayude igual
