My ship is gone?
I went into High Seas and went to choose my ship and it says I don't own a sloop anymore.

You have most likely pledged your ship to a guild. If this is the case then you will need to click the Sail For a Guild button instead of My Ships and you'll find it under the guild panel to the guild of which you pledged it to.
