Download Failed

After not having played for a very long time, i'm trying to download the game again. After every 5-10% the download will stop and in my library it will display the message "Download failed".
When i resume the download it will continue on from where it stopped. I have tried downloading other games, and they don't have that issue. I would love to say that i spent over an hour at my pc clicking "Resume" over and over again, but i didn't. I can't waste my time on that, not even knowing if the game will properly launch if the download is completed that way.
Can anyone please help me?
