Make it so you can have two guild ships on the same server

I do believe that this would be very nice - would certainly make it easier to get the Glitterbeard commendation done.

Unfortunately, never gonna happen unless there's a big shift dev attitude regarding non-pvp focused players, I'd imagine, as pve servers are the only place I'd imagine something like this being reasonable without leading to grief squads.
