Tbh Ghostbeard is relatively somewhat new (to me anyway) but it's related to the EAC. That basically means ensuring you've allowed exceptions for it in your firewall and antivirus solution(s) and then playing the game regularly [without any mods/hacks/cheats/etc]. I'm certain, as the previous post mentions, that it is detailed on the main SoT website although you may have to search for it a bit.
