Are you able to Do the Burning Blade Event?

i don't see any official documentation that says yes or no. Unofficial sources say its high seas only. From personal experience, has anyone been able to get the world event in safer seas?
I just want to figure it out now since everyone's gonna be scrambling to do it for the next month.

Considering it's a world event with a chest of fortune, probably not. Safer seas doesn't include world events with CoFs from what i know.
