SOT will not connect to xbox live account

i was suffering from some lavender beard error i eventually managed to bug everything out to the point its brokenly signed out but now when i try sign in it says ash beard error. now i read Microsoft is suffering from a huge outage that will take from days to months to fix, is it possible i can get refund i only bought 2 days ago and played like 18 hours

i got the game today played it 2h and 30 min, then the xbox servers crashed, and i am not eligible for a refound so .. what do you think?

Microsoft responded to my support ticket literally a minute ago and gave me £20 Microsoft store gift card with a apology so i guess thats a refund

microsoft reply on support ticket, they said they workign hard to fix this issue but please note it will take days to months

Homie, I have about 1000 hours in the game of Sea of Thieves with my Xbox App hours included, this crash is not a common occurrence.
